This was a challenging case. The patient had two existing failing root canals on the left central and lateral incisors. The root canals were redone and the patient elected to only restore those two teeth. Only restoring the two teeth we were still able to close the dark spot between the centrals and correct some of the color discrepancy from before.
Unfortunately, this patient fell onto a concrete sidewalk while walking a dog and fractured two front teeth. I was able to lay out the options for this patient, addressing methods I could use to restore their smile and prevent future loss. Together, we decided to take a minimally invasive and inexpensive approach using dental bonding.
