This patient came to us with failing composite bonding as well as misshapen and discolored teeth. After evaluating their teeth and having discussion of her goals with her and her husband we decided to place six anterior crowns for this case. I used e.max (all ceramic) which I find to be more life like and natural than matching her previous PFM (has metal) crowns on the back teeth.
